Palm House Boutique Hotel invites diners on a voyage along East Africa’s Spice Route with a new culinary experience at the boutique hotel’s Palm Terrace. The Palm Terrace Spice Route menu offers a blend of flavours drawn from East Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands and Durban’s rich Indian heritage.
Crafted by executive chef Gregory Henderson and available every Tuesday evening, the three-course menu is inspired by his travels to Kenya and Zanzibar and working in the finest kitchens of Durban, learning the art of blending spices from the city’s master chefs.
Take a table al fresco at Palm Terrace or inside within the conservatory-style room; this dining experience is a celebration of expertly balanced spices, refined technique and culinary storytelling.
