About the author
David Bristow is a travel journalist, photographer, environmental scientist, storyteller and specialist tour guide. Over the past 40 years, he has explored Africa, mostly south of the equator, documenting and sharing his experiences. But it is the Cederberg that always beckons and, as an avid mountain biker, he is well acquainted with its highways and byways. A former editor of Getaway travel magazine, he has authored over 30 books on southern African natural history and cultural heritage.
